With a degree in Exercise Physiology and as a certified personal trainer and strength coach specializing in fitness for individuals over 40, I believe deeply in the principles I share with my clients.
Not only do I coach them on fitness and nutrition strategies tailored to their needs, but I also live by those same principles.
At 52 years old, I am proud to have achieved multiple titles as a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu IBJJF Master World Champion, Pan Champion, and multiple International Open - Champion.
These victories didn’t come by chance but through a consistent, practical, and effective approach that I pass on to those I coach.
